A festival we never thought we would see again has risen like a phoenix and giving us an incredibly strong line up, with possibly two of the greatest headliners you can get this year Sleep Token and Skindred!
The last time a band graced the Takedown stage was back in Southampton in 2015. A long time has passed and last year when the hints of socials suggested we were getting Takedown back, the buzz was huge.
On the South Coast there isn't really anything like Takedown we have a lot of festivals but nothing like this for the alternative scene. Coming back bigger and stronger than ever, this is very much a welcomed return.
Having seen Sleep Token earlier this year I know they are going to one of the highlights for so many. Skindred also absolutely destroyed their set at Bloodstock when I saw them. Both of these acts you wont ever see play a stage like this again, its arenas only for them in the not so distant future.
